Angel has appeared on all 5 seasons of Merlin, as both the lowly, humble servant Gwen, and as the wife of King Arthur and Queen of Camelot. Coulby bagan her acting career by moving to Edinburgh to study for a degree in acting at Queen Margaret University. She landed her very first role in the television series 'The Scariest Places on Earth' as a student. But she landed her breakthrough role in the British sitcom, 'Orrible, where she played Shiv Clark. But of course, the role we know and love her for is Gwen. After the end of Merlin in 2012, just a year later, she landed another role in Dancing on the Edge as the character Jessie. her latest role was Laura Roebuck in the crime drama series, The Tunnel.
