John Hurt
John is a remarkable actor who's career has spanned over 5 decades. Born in 1940, he began his chosen career path by staring in his first film 'The Wild and the Willing' at just 22 years old. He didn't recieve his 'break through'until 4 years later, when he stared as Richard Rich in the 1966 film, A Man for All Seasons. Since then, he has featured in a number of different films, both as a physical actor and providing voice overs. You may also spot him in films such as Harry Potter to which he played the renowned wand maker Olivander and to what we all know him for, the voice of Killgarrah. In 2004, John was awarded the title OBE (Order of the British Empire) byu the Queen in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the acting and drama industry.
